OUR PROCESS
Design
Our process begins with your designs. We work with many of the CAD programs currently used in the industry, including Mozaik and KCD. We also offer in-house design services at additional cost.
Manufacturing
We use state-of-the-art equipment to manufacture all of our custom storage designs. Our strategic partnerships with sheet providers such as Egger, Uniboard, Tafisa, and Arauco allow us to furnish a variety of styles for any project. In addition to our in-house 5-piece and flat panel doors and drawer fronts, we provide doors and drawer fronts from JB Cutting, Northern Contours, and Brushy Creek.
Quality Control
Quality control is at the heart of our cabinet production process. We meticulously inspect each piece at every stage, from selecting premium materials to the final assembly. Our skilled craftsmen adhere to stringent standards, ensuring every job meets our exacting criteria for durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
Shipping
We prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your cabinets. Our team ensures that each order is carefully packaged and shipped using trusted carriers, and we provide tracking information and updates throughout the process. Lead time for custom jobs is typically 5-7 days. Though larger jobs can take longer, we are able to expedite custom drawers and doors. Just reach out to us for an estimate.
